Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Yes, we ship to all countries. The shipping cost is added to the price of the abaya.

Orders are typically processed within 1–14 business days.

Yes, certain styles can be preordered. Availability will be indicated on the product page.

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item (see Returns section).

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

Returns and Exchanges

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Yes, size exchanges are accepted within the return window.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.

Unfortunately, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
